MTN SPRINGS MALL 😡😡😡😡

The MTN in springs mall is horrible, we have internet ( WiFi) with mtn we go in today to up our package as the one we are currently on is just not sufficient, after standing around for half an hour my husband is told that it can't be done, we have to cancel the internet we currently have so we can upgrade to a better plan because on the system we can only downgrade the package, he then asked if we app**** for the WiFi online or in store, what is the difference how we got the WiFi the contract for the WiFi is with MTN we just want a better plan?????? Also this is not the first time we have been messed around, we app**** for a tablet about 6 months ago that would of arrived a month after we ordered it but 6 months later and still no tablet, we ended up getting the tablet from Vodacom
