MTN Springs Mall

We as a company went to springs mall MTN to upgrade 2 devices. this was already on the 20th of March. It is unacceptable to wait this long for our upgrades to be done we went to mtn springs mall because we wanted our devices as soon as possible that said it would have been by them on the 30th of march it is the 04th of April and we still have not received our devices kedi at mtn springs kept on saying it will come but it has not the excuses are there is no deliver men to collect the devices. MTN SPRINGS MALL has to worst client services I have ever experienced.
