MTN specials dupe you

MTN prematurely introduced unlimited home LTE wifi at R499 for black friday. What a flop. Went to Westwood mall on Friday 19th Nov 2021 and signed for the first time ever with mtn. After long wait they Could not finalise deal as the system was allegedly overloaded. Returned to store on saturday and after some waiting was given the device. Went home and it said connected without internet. Struggled and went to the store again after phoning in. The staff battled and we even phoned the customer care care line without success. I again left and regret cancelling my existing contract and going for this special as it is a major inconvenience to me now.
