MTN special flop and no customer swrvice

What a terrible experience. Upgraded my contract and was supposed to receive the first 3 months free. This did not happen. Close to 4 months later and every message i get is we apologize but it has been escalated. I am doing a follow up 2 to 3 times as week with no results.
