MTN Spam messages impossible to stop.

MTN send constant spam marketing to my phone. I have gone through this process : Dial *135# If you are on contract, select “Contract Management”. If you are on prepaid, select “Prepaid Service”. Select “Change Consent Settings” Select one of the types of marketing messages and toggle your consent setting to “No” But the spam just keeps on coming and coming.
