MTn spam data mails

Why are MTN spaming that data bundles have run out. Exact wording: Data Alert! Data Bundle Depleted! You are now using data at OUT OF BUNDLE Rates. <br> This is a joke. It has taken me about 3 hours get this sorted out and my data bundle had not been depleted. I feel really sorry for the amazing people who work for you that get shouted at all the time because your marketing department does not think before they send out spam emails.<br> <br> MTN is a joke. I am going to investigate moving to another cell supplyer.
