MTN SPAM

a Name started to appear on my phone where it usually states "MTN SA" starting today, I dont know what spam this is, the phone does not belong to that person and its impossible to reach mtn helpline, all the options take you in loops. I could not reach a consultant. I will try again at a mtn shop and if its not resolved, I will change network.
