Mtn SP Refuse Upgrade Completion

It's nearly two years now with no resolution to my MTN upgrade in November 2018 where MTN SP did a telephonic upgrade on a Huawei phone and Huawei GT watch combo. This was specifically requested and confirmed by Naydene Daniel's. Ever since I have still not recieved my watch and MTN SP simply refuses to delivery my watch even after calls have been played back and agreed. I emailed and complained continuously to no avail. This is the second time I am posting this complaint on Hello Peter with the last complaint being acknowledged by MTN and assurance given on a resolution... To date nothing. I Ahave even Visited MTN SP offices where Sunil the manager refused to come down and speak to me?
