mtn sp insurance department
Its been a month and a few weeks I'm still waiting for my phone, I have been told that its currently waiting my authorization to go ahead with the repairs, how the hell am I suppose to give you the authorization if I can't get through to the insurance department or if no one has contacted me!!!!!! Highly disgusted in this pathetic service and I will never recommend mtn to any one.....
