MTN SP Insurance
I am a MTN contract holder and i have an insurance policy with MTN. I had claimed for a new phone due to theft, i submitted an affidavit My claim was received on the 03/08/2015. They responded with an email saying they received it and the turn around time is 5 days due to \temporary Issues. its now the 14th day leading to the 15th day. i tried contacting them via email
