MTN-SP ********** ACCOUNT

In 2018 I had unauthorised debit orders from my bank account, after doing a follow up I discovered that it was MTN. I went to MTN branch only to discover that someone opened a ********** account on my name. I submitted all the required documents for investigation 3 times in different occasions, sadly nothing has been done and I am now my credit record is affected due to MTN negligence and their non-responses to this issue.
