MTN SP *****

I noticed a MTN SP debit order on my account. I contacted MTN and was told 2 contracts were taken out in my name. The query was to be escalated to the ***** department to investigate. I forwarded affidavits to MTN. Yet no response. I am concerned that MTN delivery has tried to contact me to deliver handsets, which indicates a block has not been put on the order and that my account will be debited again.
