MTN SP Contract Disputes

On The 05-03-2020, I spoke to a lady by the name of Sbongile Zwane at 09h12 to give me a settlement letter so i can close off the account and she request me to do a double payment of R1768.00 for two months and she also told be that they would s**** the other amount from when my account was stopped and paused or cancel out my cell number so that there would be no accrued fees , It went on for months on end and called everyday for assistance but to date i have managed to pay over R5k and the account is still not closed cause there are accrued fees and I am not in a position to pay the rest of the balances cause i have been misled by my credit provider and its agents and i have used any of that data of airtime which had accrued but i am held liable for a service i didnt use of a contract that has expired which i havent renewed. I would like the account to be closed and be compensated for those services i havent used hence i paid lots of money for this account. Cell number in question *** AK Poulten
