MTN SP BA***00000 [#***]

Good day

I have send serval messages to MTN since February 2021 , MTN requested documents to open ***** case and resolve my problem but till today nothing its done .

I have send all details to investigate ***** , the debit order still going through .

Please stop deducting money in my account , I don’t have an account with MTN .

This it’s my 5th email , No one its attending to my query .

Now my account its handed over to collection , i dont know why can't MTN deal with my problem
