MTN Southgate store sells **** charger cables

MTN store in Southgate mall next to fashion world shop I’m so disappointed on their service,I bought the cable charger which is not working I returned it on the 09/08/2023 I was told I will be refunded within 48hrs which till today it’s been a week I’m still not refunded,firstly the manager there does not take the customers complaints seriously,I have been calling them but no one is giving a straight response and mostly they will not pick up.I want this matter resolved urgently cos they obviously selling **** cable and gives the worse attitude
