MTN Southgate Mall

I went to buy the ZTE route at Mtn Southgate Mall 6 days before end of February 2020 the price of it was R230 as advertised - Also asked the consultant that was helping me that will there be any hidden costs to be paid and when will the debit order take place he said end of March and only R230 will be debited , Now an sms was send that Mtn will debit R344 I called MTN as I need explanation who authorize the extra R114 to be taken off my account as that will be ***** no one wanted to take a responsibility I am told it is an Admin fee - Authorized by who the Consultant at MTN Southgate has to pay that R114 they debited off my account yesterday and this has to be revised asap ,If is the way he reaches his target by giving wrong information not with my expense
