MTN Southe Aftica. Worst Service Ever!

So after all I went through to try and get the faulty router sorted, I ended up canceling the contract on October 30th. No they want me to pay for November and December for a contract that I do not have. I do not have the sim or router. This was handed in at MTN 14th ave Randburg. I was told that they have canceled the contract. It was a month to month. So what am I soposed to pay for.
