MTN SOUTHAFRICA BRAKING CONTRACT

Mtn southafrica ,not deducting the right contract amount or cut service and say there is no funding . I had to pay February double and when I call the center no help at all. MTN IS BRAKING CONTRACT BY NOT COMPLYING
