MTN south gate

I have been to South Gate mall MTN to apply for a phone contract nd I have other contracts with MTN

I have been waiting for the phone since 11/06/2024.I tried to do sim swap since it said “response” even after they did overright

I’m so angry with MTN ,I can’t get the phone and I can’t get my ****** number again
