MTN SOUTH AFRICA/Somerset Mall

I was approved for a contract phone when i got the phone it was not rebooting so i asked the consultant to cancel the contract because the device was not not working he then said he did and i left the phone with them but they still billing me for a phone i never left with and which i requested to be cancelled and this is reflecting bad on my account because i now have to reverse the debit order every time they deduct. I have been going to their store every month since last year they say the order is cancelled but still shows on my billing . I am soo disappointed with MTN i would never recommend anyone to use them
