MTN South Africa's Incompetence and Unfair Practices

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the abysmal service provided by MTN South Africa, particularly regarding the internet service at my son's residence in Eerste River, Eastern Cape.

Since the inception of our contract, we have encountered numerous issues with the internet router, primarily stemming from signal problems due to equipment theft and the disruptive effects of load shedding. Despite reporting these issues repeatedly, the service remained unreliable, leaving us with no viable internet connection.

In response to our complaints, Denzel Meyer conducted an investigation and rightfully concluded that the faults lay within MTN's service, leading to a recommendation for the cancellation of our contract at no cost to us. Following his directive, I promptly returned the router and cables to our nearest MTN branch as instructed.

However, despite the assurance of resolution, two years later, we were shocked to discover that we had been listed on ITC due to an outstanding amount of R 3 832.84 attributed to MTN. With the assistance of Veronica Smith, we managed to rectify the situation and have the default against my credit score lifted.

To our dismay, history repeats itself, as my son finds himself blacklisted once again for the same issue. This time, Zamakuhle from MTN management had the audacity to arrogantly inform us of the re-listing on ITC without any justifiable explanation.

This recurring pattern of incompetence, disregard for customer welfare, and unjust practices reflects the sheer ineptitude and *******ion within MTN South Africa. It is utterly unacceptable that customers like us continue to suffer the consequences of MTN's failings.

I demand immediate action to rectify this situation, including the removal of the outstanding amount from my son's record and a comprehensive review of MTN's policies and practices to prevent further injustices.

It is imperative that the public be made aware of the deplorable conduct of MTN South Africa, and I intend to pursue all available avenues to ensure accountability and justice.
