MTN South Africa’s Bad Online Service

I’ve app**** for a data plan online. I was then sent a payment link, after making payment, MTN cancelled the contract. It’s been a hectic 3 months trying to get a refund. The company called Ignition Group/ Mobile Plus fails to proof their claim that they have paid the refund. Twitter responses have been terrible, they’ve been investigating this matter for months.
