MTN South Africa(Bad Service provider)

MTN South Africa has to be the worst service provider.

I had two phone contracts with them and cancelling those contracts have been a mission.

I have managed to cancel the first contract but I am having a tough time with the 2nd contract.

They keep deducting after I have settled the account and have advised the retention department that I don't want to extend the contract.

I have been sending numerous without any joy and I would like urgent feedback to why I got a message to have my account deducted after I have settled the account and requested for account closure

I advise everybody to not ever get a MTN phone contract
