MTN SOUTH AFRICA - YOU ARE USELESS!

On Sunday 10 October 2021 I signed up for you Mega Deal uncapped WiFi for home - received the router and sim - today is Wednesday and it still doesnt work - I've spent a fortune on airtime calling your so called support team to assist apart from the numerous emails going back and forth! *********** staff should never be allowed to attend to public's enquiries! Every single email (8 in total) the same response - please call Support 083 135 - well im not going to waste my time - im actually looking to cancel my contract! I would rather go to Vodacom and Cell c - probably get better service there!
