MTN South Africa WORST NETWORK PROVIDER EVER!!!

MTN is unarguably the worst cellphone network service provider ever!!.... My sister had a contract sim card that got changed to a prepaid sim. Her cellphone number has not been working AT ALL since the number was changed to prepaid.

She tried getting assistance at the MTN store multiple times and they told her there's nothing they can do to help her, what nonsense is that?

Now she has missed job interviews all because the number that was on cv is now not working. MTN really knows to mess with people's lives.

I also had a bad experience with MTN where they incorrectly debited about 13k from my account for a phone I did not have. This took months to resolve.

I wonder how long my sister will wait to get this resolved, that's if it ever happens! Worst network provide ever I tell you!!
