MTN SOUTH AFRICA, WAKE UP

CONFUSION AND COMPETITION BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS DAMAGES THE WHOLE COMPANY. I am due for an upgrade. Someone called Lorenzo Godfrey called and we discussed a deal. I sent him an email and soon after I received a call from MTN. I thought someone was responding to my mail to Lorenzo and continued and organized an upgrade, only to find out that this was nothing to do with Lorenzo. I asked Lorenzo to cancel that application, as it had been Lorenzo that had been so helpful. He did this and we went ahead. My phone was delivered yesterday and I sent Lorenzo a mail asking how to get the accessories for the phone that was sent as Lorenzo said he would assist me with that. He has sent a mail back to tell me that the phone that I recieved was not from his upgrades dept, but from the third party who had since cancelled my deal with him and reinstated their deal. WHAT!!??? This is outrageous!! I have opened the box but not used the phone at all. I don't want it. Please organize for this phone to be taken away ASAP!! I am stunned that people can initiate and cancel applications on their own. I initially said that I don't want to have anything to do with third party phones because of the trouble they cause and now look at this!! I am totally horrified. MTN, please stop these third party people as they cause so many issues. Please deal with this BEFORE I have to start paying (of course the debit order was also cancelled, so how do they get around it???) Pleas contact me asap and sort this out one time!!! Thanks, Linda
