MTN SOUTH AFRICA - VERY FRUSTRATED

Really fed up and frustrated with trying to have contract upgrade not loaded on as per.what I was offered, rectified. Saga going on from 19 July 2024. Phoned in several times and spoke to several consultants - shunted from one department to another - still no resolution in sight. Given ref numbers after each call and subsequently received sms later stated these ref numbers have been completed but not saying what the outcome was!!! Was told to phone their contracts division - numbers I was given just cuts off. Was told to phone Ison directly Jhb number as local number just cuts off - calls which I will have pay for. They gave me the number 083 173 recording says number doesn't exist!!! I cannot get to speak to a manager either as the consultants don't transfer me despite my asking. Can someone help?
