MTN South Africa unreliable service provider

Most useless service provider. Cellphone coverage more off than on. You can report it, takes ages to get it up and running, and if a bird flies past the tower its off again. No matter how you complain, it just is not a reliable service provider in less dense or rural areas. Been with MTN for more than 20 years. No more. Looking for a way out of my contracts now.
