MTN South Africa, *********, will not honour their own contract!!!

MTN contacted me a year ago informing me that my contract was up for renewal, i went online and chose a contract including a Samsung S21 with a free Galaxy Tablet, they had a problem with stock and I ended up receiving the phone one and a half months later than the contractual agreement. I never received the galaxy tablet as per contract. I mailed customer service many times in the perusing months and every time they rep**** by saying that my claim has been escalated to management level. I was eventually notified that I don't have a claim and my query has been successfully closed, just like that. Totally unacceptable MTN.
