Mtn south Africa the worst

I put in a claim with mtn insurance on the 18nth of March to date I'm still without a phone yet my account was debited I pay over a R1300.00 but service is not good at all this is not the first time I received such bad service. Now an agent is telling me that huawei p30 pro is out of stock and forcing me a phone that I will not be happy paying for. I told him that if a phone I'm offered is not a pro I dnt want it I upgraded from s9+ to p30 pro because I do only big phones please may I not be undermined. I put on a claim way before lockdown nd to date nothing I cant live this whilst paying it's not my fault that p30 pro is out stock. If I cannot be helped please then cancel my contract nd do not debit any further. This is day light ******* what I'm I paying for? Contract no *** Claim ticket number 275323 Sakhile the agent I communicate with is not even helpful for Gods sake learn to check specifications and compare devices not prices I cannot loose a good phone as per specifications to a less storage, less megapixels, small in size because of what please cancel this contract if u cant help me. A month without a phone already. This is not fair.
