MTN South Africa TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER

MTN It's been weeks now, my upgrade cancellation still not done, ive been calling the retentions a multiple times a day, they keep telling me excuses, some of them hanged up on me multiple times, All I want is to cancel the wrong upgrade they sent to me, so I can do another upgrade, but MTN is giving me hell and frustrations, MTN South Africa company has turned to a serious monster I've never seen, TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER, what's going on there??? stop telling me about escalating to retentions, warehouse etc, this is the 3rd week still no results!
