MTN SOUTH AFRICA SUCKS!!!!

An on-going problem whereby MTN have been debiting my 79 year old pensioner mom for 2 contracts, one had been canceled (June) and router returned in July. They promised to refund her every month, but as of 7 October, they took off R760.00 from a pensioner getting a government grant, how despicable!!!!! Numerous calls and visits to the branch have proved fruitless!!! They do not care!
