MTN South Africa sucks

I recently took a phone contract with MTN and the device got ******. They replaced the device with a faulty device. 3 months after receiving the device, I can’t make and receive calls. I contacted MTN and they said they would send a courier to collect the phone. It’s been month now and nothing has been done. So I called the call center today to enquire and the lady just dropped the call. How rude…..I wouldn’t recommend anywhere to take a cellphone contact with MTN. They have no disregard for their customers. I am a businessman and I can’t go to out a phone for long. I had to buy another phone while I’m waiting for MTN to replace my device.
