MTN South Africa slow contract process
App**** for a business contract on 23rd April 2021. Supposed to be 2-24hr turn around time for contract approval. Still awaiting but I gather from my googling MTN gives a lot of hassle for.contract approval. I thought in-store might be better but I've been told that's a nightmare as well. I keep calling them to check as I need my new phone urgently but still "processing" what an inconvenience.

28 Apr 2021, 08:20We are now going 5 days in with no approval/declined email. Still "processing" every time I called. This is ridiculous, the have not even responded to the review here. Just Genuinely no interest in their customers.
