MTN South Africa & Skhumbuzo Hlatswayo Bad Service

I have sent a complaint to MTN on the 20 September 2024 but it was ignored. Reference

number: 1e84b820-560f-4f16-b***e0ff9.

I took up a new contract with MTN on the 29 July 2024 assisted by Skhumbuzo Hlatstwayo. I indicated that I want to use my old number and said it woul be done after 1 debit order goes through. 3 months down the line it hasn't been done. On the 30 August he contacted me informing me that his team was busy with the switch. Since then he ignores my WhatsApp messages. No response from him.

I sent a complaint to MTN but they also not responding, it's over a month.

Bad service. Thinking of going the legal route to cancel the contract.
