MTN South Africa serve we don't care and pathetic services.

Hi all, this is my second review since April 2020 regarding the one and the same issue I'm experiencing with MTN South Africa, after making calls for almost 8 months still there is no resolution on my refund. Mtn customer care operators they have all the excuses in this world, their service is pathetic. every time I call them regarding my refund to be deposited into my account they turn to give me new reference number and they are gatekeepers to their management. I even visit the local MTN store they referred to the same call Centre number for assistance. Now I regret why I joined this service provider. They serve pathetic and I don't care attitude service. I made plenty calls and provide references and still they haven't resolved the problem. Regards Talifhani Mutengwe
