MTN SOUTH AFRICA ******** PEOPLE

I had a contract with Mtn SA, I was unfortunately lost the phone and struggled to pay until they handed me to MBD debt collectors which I paid until I made the last payment in June last year 2022. I am now surprised the new debt collectors (NIMBE CREDIT FUND) are coming after me saying I still owe MTN. I tried calling MTN customer service to understand why are they saying owing while the account closed according to me. I called MBD ATTORNEYS for proof of payment or settlement letter but I was told they can't give me as the account was handed back to MTN. the MTN customer service are telling me the matter is with their legal department which I was promised they will call me back since last year December I am told they will call me but even today there is no call. On the other hand NIMBLE CREDIT FUND are busy sending me emails. I feel like MTN is a **** and I will never advice anyone to open a contract with them
