MTN South Africa - Refund due , no asssitance received

Paid my MTN contract Earlier (3-4 Months before contract Expires ) , Paid R3400.60 , then got debited after paying , Trying to get a REFUND of the debit , i have been getting emails and when i respond to the emails with the proof nothing happens , i even requested on a few emails to be contacted No one has borderd to call or help even after i am sending Proof of Payment , Bank Statement , I will now log a case with the Omdudsman and my Legal Team.
