MTN South Africa - Promises, but no service........

The day was May 22nd, i finally received a message from you "apologising" & advising me that my query has been "escalated" to the relevant department for further assistance. Now this would be great , IF YOU EVER GOT FURTHER THAN THIS !!!! I have been hearing the same bull for months now, you treat your customers like absolute idiots, thinking we don't know any better. I think its about time i took it further as all i can see all over your page is nothing but bad service, so the only way i'm going to get my query finished will be the hard way.

Feb 26th, Another "apology" Response same day from me... March 2nd, Another "apology" Response same day from me... March 5th, Me asking for some form of response... March 10th, Another "apology" April... No further contact but lots of sudden spam calls and random numbers, along with random debt collectors.... May 15th, I contact you again trying to resolve this issue May 22nd, Another "apology" with "escalation" Response same day from me... September 26th, Today i went into one of your branches...AGAIN... this time to be told that my contract was under legal control. So this means i payed you all monies owed, then you decided that it would be fun to not re-connect my number. SO WHY THE HELL DID I PAY YOU FOR NOTHING IN RETURN !!!

DO YOU ACTUALLY GIVE TOW DAHMS ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS ?, or are we just a number to you that can be toyed with because you are too lazy to do your jobs.

And now here we are.... Getting nowhere slowly as usual.... By the way, here's your "personal" message...
