MTN South Africa poor service

I have been trying to end a mtn contract due to pathetic service from summer mobile for more than a week already. Summer Mobile is apparently a 3rd party that announces themselves as mtn South Africa. Mtn has been giving me the run around and no one is taking responsibilty. when one begins to show agitation, they mtn threaten you that they will end the call. i have been a customer of mtn for more than 15 years and I have 3 contracts with them and never have I experienced such pathetic service and total incompetency of employees and customer relations.

Thus before considering a contract with mtn, I am warning you to be aware of there total reluctance regarding customer service. Best would be to not use mtn as a service provider.
