MTN South Africa- Not credited back monies for their mistakes.

I am waiting from January this year to have my credit reimbursed to me due to MTN not cancelling my contract on time. I called in and cancelled July 2023; they then said it was done. However, I noticed money still being deducted. When I called up, I did have a helpful rep assist; thereafter, its always been downhill. What is more shocking is that I feel they even might have blocked my emails from going through to them, as I am not getting any responses from them. I am still waiting for my credit, but let me not pay my 1-month installment; here my line is disconnected till payment is made. If you value your loyal paying customers, you should not be making them cry for their money or what is owed to them.
