MTN south Africa no help/assistance

I have been trying to contact customer care no avail to this day. Which number to call to speak to n agent 😠 ? Because this so frustrating MTN south Africa, I bought a new phone n made sim swap still no sms are coming through I can't speak to your agents like really I'm gonna port to other service providers really it's annoying been using MTN more than 10years today no help to assist
