MTN South Africa - No customer service.

MTN's customer service number 083135 is useless and provides no assistance to anyone. It provides you with 4 options including covid safety, but at no point can you speak to someone for assistance or does it provide any form of helpful menu. I was subjected to ********** debit orders from MTN. My bank account is being debited by MTN for R905 every month yet I have no MTN account. I send MTN customer support a mail and I receive a reply stating they should get back to me within 8 hours. With standard bank I can pick up the phone and speak to a consultant. With MTN not much. They have no customer service. If MTN would be so kind to please assist me it would be great.... ***
