MTN South Africa Network struggle

A plea and serious concern with MTN for taking it customers very for granted,we pay lot of money monthly to use this network but yet every seconds if not minutes we have to keep bagging system to work so we can have access to this network

When you cancel the contract you must be charged all the monthly subscription remaining amount of the Period,as if the service is fully and monthly provided to its customers

MTN should be discountued ,is totally failing it customers with network 77% areas of their Failure.

We need to report them again and again to ICASA they are totally failing their promises.
