MTN South Africa needs to hang its head in shame, although I doubt that the company even has the slightest bit of intelligence to be aware of the incompetence of its employees

I would like the contact details of MTN's CEO, Ralph Mupita. I have tried to email him and contact him via social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. He is unreachable. What sort of company CEO refuses contact from his customers? This company and its employees are disgraceful, stupid, *********** and do not deserve their monhly salaries. But Ralph Mupita is ultimately accountable and I would like to tell him about my saga with his useless employees.
