MTN South Africa - lack of concern/support for its customers. NO LEADERSHIP OR ACCOUNTABILITY

I have submitted 2 previous reviews on MTN South Africa's poor customer service. As a Company it is absolutely ridiculous how MTN South Africa treats customers concerns. The lack of responses to previous concerns raised and ZERO accountability is proof enough. MTN South Africa should be sued for the way it handles customers and the mental strain it places on people.
