MTN SOUTH AFRICA IS USELESS

M very dissapointed with Mtn as a purchased a router with unlimited data via 24 month contract they promised to have it delivered to my address via courier company i received a watshapp by courier company COURIER IT saying the delivery guy loaded my parcel but it never reached my address when i try to track it on watshapp the driver cancelled the trip and they wrote n sms sayin they can find my address but funny enough no one even bothered calling me asking for directions n they did this for 3days n when i try to write a complain to MTN nothing was done regarding my issue but M sure come month end they will want to debit my acc even though i have not received my router MTN doesnt care about their customers reali .
