Mtn South Africa is the worst ever.

Had a month to month home internet contract with mtn for 3months, i took the router back end of november 2024 as i ended the contract, they debit my account the 4th of December 2024 and again the 4th of January 2025 and now they claiming i only have one payment refunded back to me, where as i must get two payments refunded back to me, i emailed them proof of payments and got a rep**** back saying the matter is resolved, a month went by and still no refund, when i called them back they claimed they never received my email, it’s been 4months and im still waiting on my R858 refund back, i sent them email after email and get bluntly ignored. If i could rate them zero stars i would. Im disgusted with mtn and their services.
