MTN South Africa is terrible, doesn't care about its customers

I'm disappointed with MTN's services, the only thing they care about is their hidden clauses (Ts and Cs) meant to reap customers off when taking a contract with them, which is only in favour of their business

I made an order return and cancellation of which was a wrong deal sent to me by their retentions department. All I wanted was to return the wrong deal, and re-upgrade to the right deal which I wanted in the first place

This turned my life upside down, I mean even today I'm still waiting on them to cancel, so I can upgrade again, their agents are useless and very detached, always telling me that there's nothing they can do, they're waiting on the Warehouse, can't you call them for confirmation, aren't you the same company or what?.

I mean it's been weeks now Whatta hell is wrong with MTN, your services suc**** You take pleasure in disappointing your customers

I'm tired of hearing "sorry for the inconvenience caused" stupid statement. I mean MTN sucks I never thought I will come to hate this company like this

Maybe it's time to consider their competitors, truly dissatisfied with MTN, MTN sucks, only care about their hidden Ts & Cs meant to trap and reap their customers off, without even giving proper services
