MTN South Africa Is pathetic!!!

MTN owes me 1300 they don’t want to refund me they made me pay more than I should all I want is my money I’ve been waiting more that 7 day approximately 2 weeks and I’m still waiting I want my money today from emails send to calls being dropped on me to rude agents I’m tired and I don’t know what to do can someone help me … I’m in a credit my own money they don’t want to send to me .
